Join us for our first ever ECSTATIC DANCE at St Andrew's By-Lake United Church on July 11, 2025 at 7:00 PM. Featuring a live DJ set by DJ Sisca.
Ecstatic dance is a free-form style of movement that emphasizes expression, connection, and emotional release — without choreography, judgment, or talking.
The experience will be facilitated by Janet Song, Certified Yoga Instructor and Founder of Lumi Yoga, a Wellness Event Planning Business based in Kingston.
We will begin the evening with an opening ceremony, followed by a guided warm up, and then a free-form dance journey with music by DJ Sisca. We will wind down with a soothing sound bath and closing circle.
