Meet Janet Song

Janet Song is the founder of Lumi Yoga, a certified yoga teacher and Thai yoga massage practitioner with over a decade of experience. Before dedicating her career to wellness, she practised law in Toronto — an experience that deepened her understanding of workplace stress, balance, and the need for mindful leadership.

Janet now partners with organizations to bring yoga and mindfulness into the corporate setting — offering accessible, inclusive sessions that help teams recharge, reconnect, and refocus. Her calm, professional presence and adaptable teaching style make her a trusted guide for groups of all sizes and abilities.

Mindful add-ons to deepen your corporate or group event

  • Sound Bath

    Immerse your team in soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments. A sound bath promotes deep relaxation, clarity, and calm — perfect for closing a wellness day or retreat.

  • Thai Yoga Massage

    A unique, hands-on experience combining assisted stretching and gentle pressure. Janet guides participants through restorative adjustments or offers mini-sessions for individuals — helping release tension and restore flow.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Also known as “yogic sleep,” this guided rest practice brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind stays quietly aware. Ideal for reducing stress, improving focus, and supporting nervous-system recovery.

  • Guided Meditation

    A calming practice to help your team reset, clear mental clutter, and cultivate mindful awareness. Janet offers gentle, accessible guidance — suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

  • Forest Bathing

    Reconnect with nature through a guided outdoor mindfulness walk. Participants are invited to slow down, engage the senses, and experience the grounding effects of time in the forest — a beautiful complement to team retreats or off-site gatherings.

  • Pricing for Add-Ons

    Add-ons start at $50 per session and can be combined with corporate yoga, workshops, or retreat programming. Contact us to customize your group experience.
